Entering the Tail's corner (Repov Kot) in Kamnik alps. One of the nicest
corners indeed. Never crowded, with plenty of climbing and serious hiking
possibilities. |
| Thick pine bushes arecut on the passage to the south side
of mt. Stanicev vrh. |

| Sharing priceless moments with Andreja. Along the ridge,
passing the top of mt. Stanic, leads a very popular ridge traverse all the
way to the Silver pass, in the upper left corner. |
 |
| A view from the top of staničev vrh. (Stanič Peak)Many of
the walls in sight are first class climbing destinations both in terms of
rock quality and routes available. |

| Bele Vode (white water valley) lies in western part of Julian
alps, on italian side of the border. Historically and culturally, the territory
was inhabited by Slovenians. After the WW I. Italy was granted a great deal
of Slovenian ethnical territorry in accordance to the secret London treaty
from 1915. |

Walls in these region offer great climbing day-outs, for those who sometimes
need simply to enjoy Life. |

| Great vistas from Velika Polica south wall. The ridge on
horizon is the current border between SLO and Italy. |
|
| Descending the route which was described by many persons
as the single most beautiful route in Julian alps. The diretissima in Velika
Polica. Some would argue, many would not. |

Descending after another great day, surrounded with the two great blessings
in my life: Mountains and Andreja, who is hiding behind the camera. |
